     Return Policy for Physical Products (There are no returns on Digital Items)

     

    We want to make the return process as smooth as possible for you. To ensure your items are eligible for a return, kindly note the following:

    • Goods must be:
    • Purchased within the last 30 days.
    • In their original packaging.
    • Have the receipt or proof of purchase

    Here are a few things that, unfortunately, cannot be returned:

    • Customized or personalized Goods.
    • Digital Goods and Downloads
    • Items not suitable for return due to their nature, rapid deterioration, or expiration date.
    • Items that, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items.

     

    We just want to let you know that we might have to say no to returns that don't meet these conditions, but we'll do our best to help!
